The 6 month All Partners Meeting which will be held in at CERFACS in Toulouse. 

The meeting will be 3 days. The dates for the meeting have been set for September 29,30, October 1 2008 

The location will be in the CERFACS conference room in Toulouse.

A draft agenda is available.

Accomodation will be left up to each person.  There is a list of possible hotels.

A hike will take place in the Pyrenees on the Sunday 28.  Interested people should just let her know. Meet in the main departure hall of the Toulouse train Matabiau station at 8:20am Sunday morning.The metro station is "Marengo-SNCF" on line A.  Buy a round trip ticket to Tarascon-sur-Ariege; you can do this with a credit card at the vending machine in the departure hall.

The train leaves at 08h50 and will be in Tarascon at 10h14. We will do the small, medium, or long hike from Tarascon depending on the energy in the group! There are many train to come back: 17h43, 18h50, 20h50 (arriving about 1h30 latter in Toulouse). Bring a warm sweater, a jacket, hiking shoes, your lunch and water (or wine).
